Her father died of TB and her mother doesn’t have enough money to afford the school fees by herself. She is the youngest of three children.

Recent performance:

She was 8th in her class last year which made her mother very proud. Her favourite subjects are English, science and social studies.

Interests and Hobbies...

She loves music especially singing.

Future plans...

Because she loves science she would like to become a doctor one day.

Notes:

She would prefer to go to boarding school because she would get a better education.

Child Financial Needs:

The Ugandan government does not offer free education at any level. Before coming to the home, many of the children had been forced to drop out of school because they were unable to pay the fees. El-Shadai Family Foster Home believes that all children should have an education and a safe, loving environment where all of their basic needs are met.
