The family has a very low income from the parents as the mother has no job to help support them. He is the youngest of six children and without help there will not be enough money for his school fees.

His last report was good and indicated he had made significant progress in the last year. His best subjects are English, Reading, Math and Science.

The Ugandan government does not offer free education at any level. Before coming to the home, many of the children had been forced to drop out of school because they were unable to pay the fees. El-Shadai Family Foster Home believes that all children should have an education and a safe, loving environment where all of their basic needs are met.
