Her Story...
Both her parents are alive but they are poor and on the streets of Jinja begging for food for survival. Sarah came from eastern region of Moroto district. She came from a remote and primitive tribe, which does not consider education important. She came with her mother to the Jinja slums after the death of her father. She spent 8-years on the street eating and picking food from garbage with her mother. Finally, her mother left her in a Masese slum without a home and went to Kampala. She is a former street girl.
