His story...

Fred is 10 years old and was brought from Wanyange village. His mother died after being kicked in the stomach by her drunkard husband who was very violent towards his family. She died while seven months pregnant. During his difficult childhood he has not had parental love and care. His father would only give him attention when he would take Fred to drink with him.

Interests and Hobbies...

Fred has the biggest smile and is constantly laughing. He loves games, and like all his brothers, loves football.

Future plans...

He is performing well at school, especially in math and English and he wants to become a doctor.

Notes:

Fred is the younger brother of Frank Ndikulaba. He is still in need of much counseling due to the abuse he went through physically, mentally and emotionally.

Child Financial Needs:

The Ugandan government does not offer free education at any level.Before coming to the home, many of the children had been forced to drop out of school because they were unable to pay the fees. El-Shadai Family Foster Home believes that all children should have an education and a safe, loving environment where all of their basic needs are met.
