His story...
Anthony's father died in 1992, when he was just two years old. His mother decided to marry another man and his stepfather rejected him. Anthony was taken to the village where he was tortured a lot, to the extent that he developed chronic ulcers on both legs for five years with out getting healed. He is now schooling at Busoga junior in primary six.
Financial Needs:
The Ugandan government does not offer free education at any level. Before coming to the home, many of the children had been forced to drop out of school because they were unable to pay the fees. El-Shadai Family Foster Home believes that all children should have an education and a safe, loving environment where all of their basic needs are met.
